- Refrigerators and Air Conditioners
- Toxic Waste
- Tires
- Medical Waste
Violation of this condition may result in penalties or additional fees.
Overloading and Weight Limits:
The customer must not exceed the maximum weight limit specified for the dumpster. Additional charges apply for exceeding weight limits.
*Load Limits:
- 10 yard 1 ton
- 20 yard 3 tons
- 30 yard 4 tons
*Weight overage: $135 per ton
Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Rental Period:
The rental period begins on the agreed-upon delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup date. The default rental period is 7 days. Any additional days will incur an additional fee of $25 per day.
2. Payment:
Rental fees are payable in advance and include the agreed rental period, delivery, pickup, and disposal costs. Additional charges may apply for exceeding the weight limit, extra days, or prohibited items. Payments are typically made via credit card, cash, or other agreed-upon methods. A security deposit might be required.
3. Delivery and Pickup:
The customer must provide a suitable location for dumpster placement and ensure accessibility for delivery and pickup without obstruction.
Any damage caused during delivery or pickup due to site conditions provided by the customer may result in additional charges.
